Julia Noel
Executive Vice President
Julia has a passionate 29 year history in property management. She is a strategic and creative thinker with a strong work ethic who can build, align and guide a team towards set goals and assist them to achieve optimum performance.
She has the proven ability to successfully define and manage multiple projects, while meeting deadlines. She has a proven track record of maximizing revenue for her owners/investors. Her sense of urgency is one of her strongest attributes as well as her exceptional leadership, problem solving and mentoring skills. Julia has managed all types of properties in a multitude of states and regions. From a large portfolio of multi-family apartment communities throughout several states, managing over 10,000 units to successfully managing personal rental property. Her “start” began in the property management industry from the “bottom up” as a leasing consultant in Southern California and has excelled through the years. Julia’s years of experience have resulted in an outstanding results with “turning around” properties, budgeting and finance, overseeing rehab projects, increasing profits, decreasing expenses through innovative practices and implementing many new ideas to increase productivity, moral, expense control and increasing revenue.
Julia currently has an active Florida Real Estate License and a Florida CAM license, and has acquired her ARM® (Accredited Resident Manager) and CPM® (Certified Property Manager) certifications.
She is actively involved in the Institute of Real Estate Management, National Apartment Association and their local chapters, and a member of The Greater Tampa Bay Association of Realtors. Julia believes in giving back to the community by volunteering. She is currently on the committee with Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful, a non-profit organization which is the local affiliate to Keep America Beautiful, the nation’s largest volunteer-based community improvement organization. The mission is to provide environmental education and volunteer opportunities that develop individual responsibility and environmental stewardships. Julia also is an active participant and volunteer in her two daughters’ education and sports programs.
Julia s infectious attitude, genuine concern for people, integrity, innovation, and urgency has produced top rate results for her employers and owners.
Denise Garrett
Regional Manager| Florida and Texas
Denise Garrett joined Styles Property Management Team in 2014. Denise began in Property Management over 15 years ago and has held numerous positions within the Property Management Industry. Denise has a vast knowledge of property management with her experience ranging from lease ups, new construction, rehab, senior housing, tax credit, hud and bank foreclosed distressed communities. Denise has and still does manage/supervise multi-family owned and fee managed assets.
Denise is responsible for overseeing 10 communities within the Florida and Texas Regions which consist of over 1700 apartment homes. With Denise’s wide knowledge of property types and markets this gives her the edge to successfully manage all community types. Denise holds a proven track record of increasing revenue, decreasing expenses and stabilizing assets within a 6-month hold. In 2008 Denise successfully earned her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation thru The National Apartment Association.
