Founded in Miami over a decade ago, Styles PM now manages a multi-state portfolio across Florida and Texas for private investors, family trusts, and institutional partners. Early 2010 – Foundation
Miami Roots, Owner-Minded Focus
Styles Property Management is founded in Miami, FL by a visionary real estate professional who saw an opportunity to provide better property oversight for multifamily assets. Starting with a single apartment community in Miami’s Coconut Grove, our hands-on, tenant-focused approach quickly proved successful.
2015 – Expansion in Florida
Growth Fueled by Performance
With strong results and word-of-mouth referrals, we expanded throughout Florida. By mid-decade, Styles PM was managing multiple communities across South and Central Florida – from vibrant Miami developments to quiet suburban complexes – all while maintaining exceptional performance metrics.
2018 – Technology Integration
Efficiency Engine: Our Platform
We invested in a proprietary management platform to streamline operations (from maintenance ticketing to financial reporting). This innovation improved efficiency and transparency for our clients and prepared us for larger scale operations.
2020 – Texas Entry
Texas Expansion Begins in DFW
Identifying high-growth markets, Styles PM entered the Texas market, acquiring and managing our first community in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This marked a significant milestone as we became a multi-state operator, bringing our Florida-forged expertise to Texas.
2020 – Present Day
Expanding Reach, Enduring Service.
Today, we manage a growing portfolio of properties across Florida and Texas, totaling hundreds of units. We continue to embrace innovation – implementing smart-building technologies and green initiatives – to enhance property performance.
